Absolutely brilliant service, my car had “failed an mot” and the Horsforth lads had checked the car and they had told me it shouldn’t have failed, sorted a couple of minor works on my car and even took it to the original garage to be retested and it passed no problem. The lads on reception were brilliant over the time really transparent and in the end didn’t take a penny off me even though they spent the time and care over my car. 5* services throughout and will 100% be back again in the future! Thanks again
So pleased I found this garage as they do MOT's on a Saturday which has saved me taking a days holiday. Had my car back recently for a tyre change which they did very quickly. Great set of guys who were very helpful and professional and I won't be taking my car anywhere else now.
Excellent service from the guys at Protyre Horsforth. Came in with a slow puncture at 4:30pm on a Friday and had to order new tyres for a Saturday delivery. Very friendly staff, fast delivery and fitting. Highly recommend.
If you booked in probably fine . If you have an emergency like a tyre going flat don’t waste your time , local to me tried on 2 separate occasions neither time no help whatsoever .
Called when they opened after a flat tyre the day before. New tyres fitted by 10:30! Great service really helpful, would recommend. Thanks James and team
