Not quite sure what's happened to this place over last 12 months. Over invoicing beyond quotes. Missing jobs done off invoice. Since when did servicing and not stamping the service book become a thing?! Disappointed. On the upside, they use decent parts, do what they said they did and are friendly.

I recently had both mine and my partner's MOT done at this center, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The first time they fitted me with short notice as I hadn't realise my MOT was due and the second time I couldn't remember the name and had actually booked next door in error. When I went in and realised what I had done, they booked me in there and then. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, courteous and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my MOT and will be recommend to friend's and family.

Just to follow up from my telephone call. Thank you for an excellent job. My 18 year old CLK is like a brand new car. You have solved all of the issues with no fuss and at an exceptionally competitive price. Keeping me updated and informed throughout, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and will positively push your services to friends and family. I will be back with my wife’s CLK soon. I have just picked up my car, it went in Friday not starting at all, now it works absolutely fine. I received excellent customer service and a great low price. I am so pleased!!!! The garage receptionist is lovely, they fitted me in there and then, which was great as I was needing an appointment quite quick after bank hol. I got a service and MOT for my 2016 plate vauxhall astra, diesel. The MOT was a set price, higher than most places I've been to but as it I was needing an appointment that week I was happy with this price, and this was discounted slightly as I was first time customer. The service however was the most expensive full service I have ever paid on any vehicle in the past 8 years, which is the reason I can't provide the 5*. Previously this had only cost me 160-180£ on my car the previous year in Huddersfield, although was charged around £270 which is after the first time customer discount on labour. So total cost for MOT and full-service was £320 after discounts, which is quite mind-blowing. I can't say I will go again due to this, but I have to be thankful they got me in, and the pleasant receptionist. Which is why I have given 4*. If the prices are better I will use the garage again in the future.
