Rustic & Co Salon

The salon is lovely and drinks are great, staff are polite and professional. Normally my appointments are pleasant however this time it was not. I had a colour and refit on my weft extensions with Owen a few days ago, as soon as I left the salon I could feel the extension was already coming out slightly- I thought it would be fine as it has happened before. But a few days later it was completely half off my head. I have paid around 1,500 for my hair altogether so this is just unacceptable. I contacted Owen about this and he did offer for me to go back to the salon so he could fix it, he did apologise too. I declined his offer to go back due to I was afraid the issue would just happen again as it’s happened every time and I have booked in elsewhere to fix it properly- so I did just want a full refund instead as I haven’t got the service I paid for. He said to me, “as only 50% of your extension has fallen out, he will only give me a 50% refund” which is ridiculous to say- and was only £40, in the appointment I paid £185. it’s just heartbreaking how much iv spent and I haven’t even got what I paid for. So I wouldn’t recommend this salon unfortunately. Additionally, I do understand his part about the expenses but personally I wouldn’t allow a client to experience this, let alone without a full refund.

Owen and Jess are great and the salon is so cosy and lovely! Owen always gets my hair perfect even when I’m fussy and I trust him totally to sort it out for me. They work so well together too so if Owen is ever away and I need an emergency appointment Jess always fits me in and does an amazing job too✨🤌🏽

This was my first time with Owen and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out! He took so much care and attention with every detail, and it really shows in the results. Owen and Jess did such a lovely job making the salon feel so welcoming and comfortable – I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!!

Such a gorgeous salon owned by lovely people! Owen always does my hair perfectly, so talented and professional :) Layla is fantastic in aesthetics too - as a first time customer having filler she made me feel so comfortable and I left so pleased with my treatment. Jess makes the atmosphere such a warm, happy place too – wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I can’t thank Owen enough for the amazing hair transformation he has created on my hair. From feeling completely self conscious to completely confident and happy within myself thanks to Owens fantastic but also impressive work on my hair.
