Unfortunately my email inbox was full so I didn't receive notification that my bill wasn't being paid due to change of business account to Ltd company. Although they hadn't rang me and hadn't noticed that the emails they were sending were bouncing back they got me back up and running with a new policy instantly. Granted I had to pay a new deposit and that has hit me hard during a quiet period of work I still think they did a good job of getting me back up and running and their customer services is impeccable. The finance company they use isn't itself the best so I guess that's where the only problem lies.

I recently set up a policy for my new business with Callum at Arborisk and he was fantastic. Very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. He produced different quotes with and without different sections of cover so I could make the best choice for my business

Great customer service! These guys know the industry and what we require with regards to insurance. Do yourself a favour and go straight to these guys, don't waste time with anyone else
