Scenic Motorhome Insurance

Shocking company. Avoid at all costs. Bought motorhome insurance and was paying monthly. Sold motorhome just over a month later. Called to cancel. At that point I had paid the initial payment plus one DD which, pro-rats, was more than the 33 days of insurance. They said I still owed even more because hidden within their 42 pages of T&Cs it stated they could claim 75% of an annual premium. How immoral is that! I challenged this and they kept reducing their ‘Final settlement offer’ but for me, it was the principle. They then threatened, and duly sold my £24 debt to a debt collection agency. Please please avoid using this company

What a scam. Insure with them for 5 years then sell van 🚐 during the 6th year of insurance (5 months in to the policy, all paid in full), to be told NO refund. It’s in the small print!!!

I insured my camper for 7 plus years with this company, no problems. I sold the camper and cancelled the policy...after paying over £430 for the year, six months refund was just over £50. It was in the smallprint and it was the type of policy. But its just not right!

After two month I called to cancel my policy and they wanted 260£ extra and the cancellation fee of 25£. I was paying by direct debit and this is the first company charging more than the cancellation fee. Avoid!
