Contacted Schofield’s last year about a road risk policy , Ian was unable to put a quote together in time for renewals and struggled to clarify cover t’s & c’s and assured he he could next year with more time . So here we are i contacted Ian two months in advance to obtain quotes and twelve hours till my current policy lapses and i’ve had no contact from them absolute waste of time .
Gary at Schofields has been our insurance broker for 4 years now, always provides an excellent service and is very easy to talk to. Have had a couple of claims in the past also and they deal with it all promptly and professionally. Very happy to recommend this company.
Always very helpful , prices are always competitive but they can't be beaten on customer service!
