I live in Alwoodley, on on the northern edge of Leeds, where we had pvc bifold doors fitted a few years ago. On Friday 11th July 2025 the bifold door was jammed shut, even though the door handle was moving freely. I called Mark at 247 Locksmiths and he was at my door within the hour. He a spent a while trying to find a solution that wouldn't be expensive, but realised that new parts would need to be ordered. He created a temporary solution with a locking mechanism from his van; which meant we were able to open and lock the doors in the hot weather over the weekend. Mark came back this morning (Monday 14th July) as promised and fitted the new parts. As a result the bifold doors are like new. Throughout my interaction with Mark he was unfailingly polite despite facing a difficult job in oppressive weather conditions. He took it all in good humour and completed the job to a very high standard at a fair price. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Mark is good fun but very professional and I urge everyone to contact 247 if you ever need a locksmith. I also took a sneaky photo of him (sorry, Mark) as I knew I'd be giving him a good review and I wanted to prove that the review is genuine. I'm sure he won't mind!

I don't normally write reviews but given the outstanding level of service received I thought it only right to share my experience with Mark at 24 7 Locksmiths Leeds. I live in the Horsforth area of Leeds. I contacted Mark at 24 7 Locksmiths after been thoroughly let down by other locksmith companies. I requested a quote for the replacement of some old and worn/ broken locks (both exterior and interior) during our initial call, Mark assured me that he would be able to complete the work I required and had availability to fit in an assessment that afternoon so that he could provide a more accurate quote and to ensure he had the correct parts to complete the job. Mark completed the assessment in a timely and professional manner and got back to me quickly after he had left with a competitive and reasonable quote. We arranged a date and time that suited us both for him to come do the replacements. Upon arrival on the appointed date, it quickly became obvious Mark was very personable and down-to-earth person; he was completely unfazed by my super inquisitive dog and even gave him a cuddle. Throughout my interactions with Mark, he was polite, informative and honestly a really good laugh! Despite one of the 4 doors proving to be a more difficult job than initially thought, Mark persevered, and the results were excellent. All the work Mark completed was to a precise and high standard and finished in a timely manner. It was genuinely an absolute pleasure meeting him and having an entertaining conversation while he completed the work! I cannot recommend Mark and his company highly enough. Mark was an absolute gem, and I urge anyone who needs a reliable and reasonably priced locksmith to contact 24 7 Locksmiths Leeds! Fantastic service! Snapped key in garage which was sorted quickly and for a very good price. Came within 40 minutes of calling which in itself is amazing. Highly recommend.
