They did a lovely job of my nails and they turned out really nicely. The only thing I found slightly off putting was that the workers didn’t really speak much but overall it was a good experience! Would highly recommend 👍👍

I can’t fault the customer service the lady who works there is so lovely and always makes conversation and asks how my family are, but i went in asking for a full set of acrylics with a solid gel colour. I said to her do you have flat nail tips instead of curved and she said yes i will use flat and then proceeded to use very curved tips, she started drilling my nails and kept catching my skin or the drill would spin round my finger. She started applying the acrylic and i was trying to be patient and maybe she would make them look nice, but then she started reapplying the acrylic and then wiping it off and redoing it quite a few times. Again i dont fault how kind she was but most one of my nails after she’d applied the acrylic and filed them some of them were different shapes and one was really wonky, i kept asking her to fix it but she said no no it’s ok. She began to paint them and the paint job was awful she kept wiping it off and redoing it at least 4 or 5 times the gel was all in my cuticle and really not well done i also asked for square and she gave me some square ones and other slightly coffin, other nails were really wide and the acrylic was to thick. I sat and waited for my mum to come and bring me my card to pay and i then showed my mum and she told the lady there were not good enough for £30. The lady did take them off for free but while the lady was taking them off my mum said i really dont want to be rude but- then the guy who also works there proceeded to interrupt her mid conversation and starting pointing at me and i talking to the lady in a different language which i find really rude. Maybe other people have better experiences here but in my opinion they nails and not a good standard for the price.

Set of acrylics were poorly done, too thick, and messy. Took 2 hours to complete as they didn’t have enough staff. I had to sit for half an hour with one nail half finished whilst they did everyone else’s nails and when they finally got around to doing my nails, they rushed to finish them. I was sat in the shop from 5:30pm until 7:30pm (1.5 hours after closing!) I just think it would’ve been better for them and myself if they would have just refused me service, instead of charging me £40 for poorly done acrylics. This resulted in me missing another pre-paid appointment!. Really disappointed :(

Very responsive and lovely staff. I had a spa pedicure with gel polish. There were lots of colours and designs to choose from, the shop was lovely and warm unlike a lot of salons. Unfortunately, I did get home and realised that they could’ve done a better job at removing the dead/dry skin but this was resolved very quickly after I messaged and they welcomed me back to correct this by basically giving me another pedicure (minus the polish) which was much better. The service and staff here are very welcoming. They took the time to chat and explain things as well offer me some advice. Would definitely come back in future! Thank you 😊 xx

The young lady here who does my nails is fabulous. She’s so hard working and my gels last a month. I always wait till she’s free cos she’s the best
