Honestly - there are no words to describe the gratitude we have for Gary and the unblockers team - my sister and brother in law were in a real state with 6 adults and a new baby in the house over Xmas when the only toilet in the house blocked. The first person we had charged several hundred pounds but just pushed the problem further away… and refused to pick up the phone a few hours after sewerage was going through their ceiling. Followed by someone who ‘overslept’ an emergency call out. From the very moment I spoke to Gary I had confidence it was going to be sorted. Gary travelled miles on BOXING DAY and resolved the problem efficiently, quickly and with a smile! He charged less than HALF the price of the first ‘emergency’ drain man and resolved it permanently! I sent an email query late on Friday night and received a call back very quickly. The problem was diagnosed and I had an engineer booked for Saturday. Tom came out quickly and professionally unblocked the drains with no mess and no fuss. Highly recommend.

Now I don't know about the company as a whole, but what I do know is that Tom was an absolute star. I called up at 7:30am, by 8:30am Tom had called to let me know he's on the way, by 9am he was here and by 9:40am he had fixed my problem. Water was coming up from the sink and I had no idea why, Tom found the problem straight away, reassured me and fixed it. He could have attempted to charge etc for going above and beyond but didn't, and was very open and honest about his work. 100% trust, 100% reccomend.

Had a blocked toilet following a saturday night gathering and the guy that turned up was here and sorted it within 30 mins. Turns out, someone has knocked off my toilet freshener, so this was blocked in the U bend. From initial enquiry to resolution was less than 6 hours... same day service - brilliant
