We were told by one of agents to come back when we are ready to book our holiday meaning don’t ask questions just book…
Amanda is excellent at what she does ,just booked another holiday with her having just come back in May from Turkey, she will be my go to holiday expert going forward... God bless
It's taken me quite a few months to process how terrible me and my partner was treated by this company. When I booked a holiday I explained that my husband was disabled and would need help at the Airport. The forms we'refilled in and I presumed were sent to Jet 2. On paying our final deposit I asked if jet 2 had responded to our request first made at booking to be told that I had never requested this service. I explained that I had sat with the person dealing with our holiday and filled out the form. Everything went downhill from here I was told I was more or less a liar. ( What did I suddenly forget my husband was disabled) absolutely poor customer service at its worse. I will never ever book with Hays again.
Very helpful staff, I was having real difficulty getting on a coach holiday for my elderly mum also, my son who is 21with autism and my 8 year old small person and myself We had 3 coach holidays cancelled because of covid The staff really pulled out all the stops to help us We have another holiday booked and hopefully this will go ahead Thank you Hayes for having such kind people working for you
If your staff are meant to have a half hour lunch then perhaps that’s what they should have and not leave your customers waiting on the doorstep for 20mins!
