Horrible shop with customers stinking of booze buying Stella at lunchtime. Access via 2 steps and very heavy door, no handrail or ramp?? Man behind the counter watched me take ages to struggle in with my Yodel drop off, then told me he wouldn't accept it as he said it was too big (hoover in a box). Will stick with Paddy's News near Horsforth railway station, nothing's too much trouble there.
Store manager has terrible customer service and was very rude. She attempted to serve customers whilst we were dealing with an ongoing issue with a package collection. Instead she wanted me to leave the store without my parcel and told me I was wasting my time and there was nothing she could do. Issue eventually sorted via collection service customer care who spoke with her on the phone (much to her refusal). Would not recommend this store for delivery or collection of items

They keep out of date stuff for weeks at a reduced rate… I’m not buying anything from there ever again
