The staff are always lovely and friendly staff. The store is clean and very well stocked and lots of offers! Can't fault it tbh. It's a convenience store so obviously a little higher price than the supermarket but no higher than the Morrisons local up the road.
The staff are always lovely and helpful here. The evri parcel service is well organised and it's a pleasure to have this shop local to me. If I ever need anything from a local convenience store this is my go to place. Strongly recommend!
Avoid the dairy, not refrigerated properly so you'll be chucking it well before expiry, speaking if which they sell items weeks even months past, once bought a bag of crisps there, almost a year past. Also a lot of items unpriced so you either gamble or avoid a lot of stuff. When it opened there were far fewer items on sale, fewer aisles, think they have taken on too much to keep on top of.
Bought an 89p loaf of bread and paid with a £2 coin (which I was given as change by the same store several days earlier) and the person behind the till gave me 11p change. I stood there for 5mins in a calm manner telling him he's made a mistake and that I gave him a £2 coin but he flat-out refused to give me the additional £1 change I was owed. This is my local store and I will now never be shopping here again because of this. The shop up the road will be getting my custom from now on. Enjoy the £1.
Ignore all negative comments below, people clearly only have time to complain than compliment. There’s a massive selection of food and drink available here including fresh produce, ready meals and alcohol! Great selection of American sweets and good for parcels, fresh ice cream and milkshakes! Friendly staff and prices fair considering it’s not a main stream supermarket, anyone with an inch of sense would expect to compare prices here to the likes of tesco etc.
