Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! From the shop team to the fitters, everything was seamless, friendly, and professional. We had the New Petrus Carpe Diem carpet supplied and fitted to our landing and stairs, as well as Country Oak laminate flooring in the kitchen, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The fitters were not only highly skilled but also trustworthy, humble, and brought a great sense of humour which made the whole experience even better. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none our home looks amazing! I will never go anywhere else for flooring highly recommend to anyone looking for carpets or laminate. Thank you so much for your brilliant work! 🙌

Excellent customer service and really helpful and provided some great advice! We had our full house done, carpets upstairs, laminate downstairs and a runner on the stairs. We’re really pleased with the outcome and would 100% recommend.

Yet again we had more laminate flooring and stair carpets fitted by Flooring4UK and once again we are totally delighted The three fitters took care of our furniture and provided a fault less service, the fitting was excellent Thank you to everyone including the show room staff who were very knowledgeable and helpful Would not hesitate to recommend this company

A really bad experience, completely unreliable, poor customer service, just terrible communication. There are plenty of other flooring companies I have used reliably before, not had such a bad experience of customer service before, I would not go back here

This was my first time using flooring 4 uk, was a very good experience. The member of staff was very helpful when visiting the shop, the variety of lino to choose from was great. We had to wait a few weeks for fitting but it was worth it. The quality of the lino is fantastic, the guys who came to lay the flooring were very polite and gave helpful tips on how to maintain the flooring. Would definatley use them again.
