Excellent service right from taking my order. I had to wait for a couple of weeks until all light fittings were available and ready for dispatch which for me wasn't a problem. Updates regarding my order were promptly addressed. I would certainly have no problem in using this very professional company. Delivery service through DPD was faultless, really was well chuffed. I received the package containing the lamp today, and I must raise a serious complaint about the packaging. The material used is extremely poor quality—it breaks apart, scatters everywhere, and has left debris all over my furniture, floor, and clothing. The pieces resemble styrofoam but are fragile, electrically charged, and cling to every surface, making them nearly impossible to remove. I find it unacceptable that such material was used to package the lamp. It cannot be sustainable, and it is an incredible nuisance for the customer. It is impossible to remove and impossible to dispose of. I want to return the lamp asap.

After having had a really bad experience with one of the customer service employees at the lighting-company, I tried my luck again & this time a true gentleman by the name of Nathan took my call. I can honestly say that from the very start Nathan was very professional, polite & his willingness to help get me the result I was looking to get with a price match on a ceiling flush light was very impressive. He really went all out to help seek the price match for me but further more he even price matched the led bulbs for a great price too. The lighting company truly has a great professional employee working for them. THANK YOU SO MUCH NATHAN. 🤗 On a final note I would like to say that the first employee who took my call should learn a thing or two from Nathan about how to talk & conduct themselves with customers.

Bought two wall lights recently. One of them was a different colour to the other one. I contacted Customer Services, who could not have been more helpful. Almost within 24 hours, I received a replacement of the correct light and an hour later, a collection service for the redundant light. They say you can tell the quality of a business by its after sales service, which in this case was excellent. A really big range of lights and I am very happy with the lights I purchased. I would strongly recommend this company.

Great customer service and the lights were exactly what I wanted and good quality. I actually messed up and didn't check everything in the box and there was a small cover missing. A few months had gone by while we waited for our electrician so I was out of the return/refund/report fault time but they still shipped out the missing part free of charge. Excuse the 'post decorating' photo, but you get the idea.
