Got my iPhone 13 lcd repaired , outclass service. The guy in shop did it within 30 minutes and offered a free screen protector. Friendly and cooperative staff ! Highly recommended to everyone , a real phone expert

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Problem with a phone you buy from them? They won't allow you to return it within the UK LAW CONSUMER RIGHTS 30 DAYS! They'll offer to fix it but give you substandard parts which degrade quickly. Additional problems identified with the phone? They'll blame you and say you should have told them when you told them about the first problem (even though it's within the 30 days and it's a genuine second problem)! Price of phones? Double what I later found on Amazon and eBay! Even eBay give you better consumer rights on an old second hand phone! Never again. I won't be supporting this local high street shop!

Boyfriend paid £15 for a screen protector that wasn't even placed on properly. The first time they put one on it was filled with bubbles and dust so they took it off and replaced it with this! Again bubbles and after one day, smashed screen. Safe to say we won't be going here ever again terrible service. The guy even had the audacity to say if we go again he'll give a discount!!
