Nice and clean area. It is divided in ti three areas. Nice food. Baby in here was enjoyed. The only thing need to improve is so hot, the fan is not enough especially when more child are playing and the temperature outside are hot.
Unfortunately, my experience at the Bramley branch wasn’t great. The play area feels cramped, and the staff were not very welcoming. While waiting for a pickup, I was asked to take my three kids (including a baby) outside in the rain as all tables were reserved. It felt quite inconsiderate. In comparison, the Beeston branch is much better — more space, more activities, more slides, nicer toilets, and the same ticket price. I’ll continue going there instead.
Nice place for kid’s party and family with kids indoor games place . Good food menu for parents and kids.
Nice place for the kids to play. I think I prefer the Beeston one, the baby bit has a bit more and a slide in that bit too. This one is still good, got a good space for each each range. Very clean and friendly girl working there. Saw her cleaning tables and chairs thoroughly after people had left. Food was nice and good prices. I like that you can sit right next to the play areas so if your child is fine playing on their own you can see them very clearly.
Been here since i was little, staff are amazing and know me and my mum they let us straight in everytime and we can pay when we find a seat. They are amazing. Please dont listen to the bad reviews these people have clearly had bad days because ive never seen the staff become rude once they are very kind. 💕
