If I could give this place a 0 I would. High staff turn over speaks volumes on the management here. The concept of EMS is good but not with these guys. I paid in advance as I don't like weekly DD. The person said they would discount me on the clothing/membership joining fee which is £60 and would get it for £30 but didnt! And yes i did chase it up and got no where. A business that doesn't keep to their word is absolutely terrible. When it came to my renewal after 12 weeks I asked for an extention as I had not used all my session, they confirmed by email this was ok and no payment would come out. What happened? They took the payment without my consent. I called left messages for someone to call me asap but no-one did. So found the number to main branch and made a complaint and was basically advised tough we won't be giving the money back even though we said we are NOT taking a payment until the following month. They took the coward away out and sent me an email when they had advised I would get a phone call back. I finally went through my bank and got my money back. So I haven't had a fabulous experience with these thieves and in my opinion based on my experience would not recommend this company.
I had a good fitness experience.
