Great gym, I went for a Gasp meet-up event and the atmosphere was great, everyone including the gym owner was very friendly and welcoming. Had great facilities including a posing room and cybex equipment. Highly recommend if you enjoy old school bodybuilding without the Gold’s Gym price tag
Gainz station is the way gyms used to feel, real old school bodybuilding, like the places you used to wish you had been to, but a rare these days. it’s got a soul, it’s got passion, it’s a real friendly atmosphere, a real community spirit, everyone is willing to help each other and most of all loads of weight to make your gainz. if your reading this, then your should already be on your way....
Old school gym with good equipment, dumbbell set goes up to 80kg. Charged us £7 for a day pass when it was meant to be £5 as seen on the website. Has a really good room for posing, and communal tripods.

Hands down one of the top gyms in the north and truly gives back to members. Unreal selection of equipment with a great atmosphere and community especially for those with a passion for bodybuilding.
