Lovely Pilates studio with such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. As a first-timer I felt completely at ease. Ceri is absolutely lovely and so friendly, encouraging, and clear, which made it easy to follow along even as a beginner. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and I've already signed up to more classes.
I attended my first Pilates class with Ceri and I was a little nervous to say the least. She was clear, and calm with her instructions which gave me so much confidence. Whether you are a newbie like me, or advanced, Ceri caters for all levels and is brilliant!
This beautiful studio has 10 reformers and the best teachers, it’s a very welcoming environment for beginners and also a great space for the more experienced, there’s also changing facilities and a shower for those going straight to work! Plus very good coffee!
I have been far and wide, tried many reformer studios and just fitness studios in general but nothing has ever compared to what Ceri provides. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she is personable and she works hard to treat you individually and help you achieve your goals. She listens, she’s funny, she sources GREAT instructors. There is no price she could charge which would make me stop going here because I cannot get this level of quality and enjoyment anywhere else. The studio and the coffee are also gorgeous! It’s just such a happy place to be. Must try!
I had my first ever reformer Pilates class today! The studio is beautiful and Ceri was excellent. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and was great at correcting my form. I will be back! Thank you :)
