My first retreat with Jane and the gorgeous Hummingbirds. I’m loving my Pilates journey expertly guided by Jane. I’m very grateful to have joined the retreat with a fabulous bunch of people for fun, Pilates, rest and relaxation. Jane is A class at what she does and expertly manages all levels while making it fun and motivational. Can’t wait for the next one!
Been advised to try Pilates by doctor… but was nervous of just joining a class as a newbie 50+ man! I couldn’t have found a better 1:1 instructor and after a few such sessions with Jane am looking forward now to joining the weekly classes. Recommended.
I love my weekly Pilates sessions with Jane. She has a lovely, welcoming studio and a great variety of equipment. Jane is very knowledgeable and always explains why we’re doing each exercise and which muscles are being worked. She has a relaxed style and makes each session really good fun. Exercises are always modified for different levels and I feel I’m really being pushed without going beyond my limits. I am definitely feeling the benefits of my weekly classes and would recommended wholeheartedly 😊
I had a wonderful sports massage with Jane. Jane carried out a full assessment of the areas I was struggling with and instantly put me at ease. She communicated with me throughout to ensure the pressure was just as I needed. Jane really worked the areas I requested and it wasn’t once painful (my biggest fear of having a sports massage). I felt really rejuvenated after and the following day my shoulders and neck felt so much looser. Jane sent me some exercises to help me going forward and I have already booked in for another. I can highly recommend!
I've been going to Jane's Thursday morning Meno-blast class since it started & I love the mixture of strength work and pilates. Jane always makes the class fun; makes sure we are doing the exercises correctly and is able to adapt the exercises if needed. I don't remember going to any exercise class as consistently as this one & I can certainly feel the benefits - mentally and physically!! So much so, I've signed up for the Hummingbird Pilates Retreat in the spring!! Highly recommend!!
