Sarah is wonderful. As a complete pilates novice, Sarah clearly explains each movement and offers a variety of levels to make sessions accessible for everyone. For someone with MS, I find these classes protect both my physical and mental health. Sarah's knowledge of pre and post natal is so useful is aiding recovery and strength building. Sorry Sarah, I'll be with you for life!
I attended Sarah’s post natal classes after the birth of my first child and would highly recommend them. Taking your baby to a class could be quite daunting, but Sarah made it so easy, often even holding/distracting babies so their mums could carry on with the exercises. I usually practice yoga so was unsure what I would think of Pilates, but I really enjoyed the classes, the variety of each week and the different levels offered. I would definitely return for pre and postnatal again.
I love Sarah's classes - she's so friendly and welcoming and her classes are always super relaxed. She always gives options and I always leave feeling like I've worked to the right level (sometimes I'm a bit achy the next day - in a good way!). Her postnatal classes are brill - you can bring your pram in and change/feed etc as you need to. And it's lovely meeting other mums with babies around the same age too 😊🧡
I’ve been doing Pilates with Sarah for over a year now, starting with ante natal pilates and then post natal pilates. I absolutely LOVE her classes, not only is she super knowledgable in her practice but she’s given me so much support as a first time mum and have always felt really welcomed in her classes. Sarah has made a lovely community and as a result it’s always a joy to go to her classes. She adapts the classes/moves based on your abilities at the time of the class and the individual approach she takes makes me confident I can take part. Sarah is also amazing with the babies in post natal Pilates, the baby whisperer if you will! If you’re on the fence as to whether Pilates is for you at any stage of your journey I encourage you to give one of Sarah’s classes a go, you won’t regret it!
I have been a member of Sarah’s Pilates group for a few years. Due to attending spinal and other workshops Sarah is able to advise me on how to look after my condition. Sarah is extremely patient, understanding and encouraging in class and because of her great sense of humour makes it fun! Being a bit older, it’s very reassuring knowing that I’m being well looked after. The ladies in the group are also a fantastic support to each other; a lovely friendship group having fun along the way. Keep up the good work Sarah x thank you
