Great little pub. Really buzzing with a nice feel. Small garden space with some stuff for the kids, which is brilliant. Good selection of traditional ales and larger.
Well kept beer, very good landlady and staff, clean and nice atmosphere.Friendly pub, impressed.
A great little town pub serving a good selection of beers and spirits, with a regular change of guest real ales from local brewers. Always a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Clean well kept facilities , a car park and beer garden as well as an outdoor sheltered area. Dog friendly but no food, which only adds to its appeal as a charming traditional pub.
Lovely traditional pub Kim and staff are friendly and welcoming nothing too much trouble xx
I love this place! It has a roaring fire in the winter and also has outdoor seating which is perfect in the summer. Wheatsheaf is very dog friendly, there is often a dog that fancies a back rub.
