Fed Ex Howden

Would give 0 stars if possible. My parcel arrived there on the 3rd and was meant to be delivered on the 5th it is now the 8th and it has still not been sent out for delivery. When I contacted Fedex I have been told they’ll try and locate the parcel within the facility (it is a 38kg parcel and is 120cm long not easy to miss/lose). I have had no reasoning as to why it has not been out for delivery. I ended up having to go and collect it myself from the depot at which they claimed it wasn’t labeled so they didn’t know where to send it (it had my address and postcode on as well as what was inside it). Will be avoiding this company in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Multi national company that can't deliver a package to my house that's 25 minutes away from the depot. They have got to be the worst company I've ever come across. Two day's they have had me down for a delivery, two days they have not been anywhere near. I eventually managed to contact them by phone, a task in itself, and raised a complaint. I got an email apologising and saying they would attempt on day two! All that is, is empty promises and lies to showthat they've responded. Needless to say, they've still not delivered my package. So tomorrow will be day three. This company is disgusting in the way they treat their customers. And I can almost guarantee that they've got that fed up of the negative feedback, that they won't respond to this one.

Terrible. Ordered some expensive items online that were urgently needed for renovations, didn't arrive and was told I missed delivery - which never happened (delivery address is 5 mins from the Howden depot). Contacted the seller and arranged for Fedex to return the items so I could get a refund. Out of the blue a week later, the delivery arrived at my house. The parcel was torn and items were missing. Obviously I hadn't received a refund as they hadn't sent the parcel back to the store. Awful service - avoid wherever possible.

Delivery from Howdens via FedEx. The driver saw the clear instructions on my door but stuck to the rules and couldn't follow them (which is fine), so the parcel was taken back. Support redirected it to my work and it arrived fine the next day. Good service, just a bit too by-the-book at first.

This depot is the worst run place ever. We had a parcel that should have been delivered on the first day. They changed it to the next day, but said we changed it. The second day, said they had lost it and couldn't find it. Considering it weighed 45kg, how in earth they lost it, is beyond me!!! Then eventually after many phonecalls to customer service, it arrived in the third day. Box all ripped and bashed about. Well Considering FedEx are a Worldwide company, god knows how they manage it. They had problems delivering a parcel 20 miles from the depot. I would never use this company ever again. Also they should take a long look at how some of there depots are being run.
