They are about 20 plus years at howden. And i am their customer since than. They are allways have good brands of spare parts,tyres etc. They allways have a motto customer first. Nice people and fast service. I do highly recommend that place. Workers are really do know what they are doing. And updating you every step. Telling the prices. 5 star job. Thanks boys. Merry christmas.
Excellent customer service, even with a packed waiting room they still managed to fit me in for a puncture repair. Tyre was beyond repair but they managed to source me one and get me on my way all within the hour and towards the end of the day. Added bonus that they reset tyre pressure system
I cannot recommend Savoy Auto Centre highly enough! On our return home to Scarborough from a Birmingham hospital after my partner’s heart procedure, our tyre went flat in Howden, a place we didn’t know, on a cold, stressful day. To make matters worse, we had our dog with us and my partner wasn’t able to help due to his recent procedure. By sheer luck, we broke down just 200 yards from Savoy Auto Centre, and the team went out of their way to help us. Andrew, in particular, was kind, professional, and cheerful throughout, and he got us back on the road at no charge. What a fantastic place with truly wonderful people. Thanks to them, we made it home safely
Can't tell you how many times these guys have went above and beyond to help me. My Polo has very sensitive tire sensor and always flags. I drive long drives regularly and I do get panicked when the warning light comes on. They've also resealed my tires far too many times (kerbs are not my friend) and always find the time to look. Can't recommend enough
Exellent customer service. I went this morning with air leek on front tyre sorted it out straight away very friendly and efficient service I will use this place again cannot thank the guy enough who helped me and very reasonably priced. Thank you one happy customer
