Visited The Hair Spa and had the Deep Tranquility treatment, it was absolute bliss from start to finish. It began with a scalp analysis which was super interesting, the whole treatment was so relaxing. My hair feels amazing and seems in much better condition than before I went. Hollie was so lovely and professional, would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely treatment with Hollie. Booked online after I received a voucher. Hollie was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Put me at east about my post-partum hair loss. The treatment was very relaxing and comprehensive, including a massage and a facial. Would highly recommend.

Still dreaming about my treatment from yesterday. Such a gorgeous few hours and my scalp feels so amazing today. Hollie is amazing and makes you feel so relaxed throughout the treatment. I didn't know how much I needed it until I lay down on the heated bed. 💚

Made the appointment online through the booking system for July 31st then on the day of I got a message cancelling as Hollie had a last minute hospital appointment. I was sympathetic to the situation and agreed we could reschedule. It's been over a month have sent several messages, called and have had zero response. Given this same excuse has been used on many people and she asks for a 50% deposit up front I would avoid using this service as you may never get to see that money again.

Feeling pretty gutted about this review to be honest. I've been to Hollie twice before and it's always been amazing, albeit the first time I went the appointment was rescheduled twice and the second time it was half an hour late. I booked in again for the 16th July as a birthday treat paying a deposit. Received a message from Hollie at 9am to cancel due to an unplanned hospital appointment and said she would rearrange. I said absolutely no worries and waited a month before texting to see if we could rearrange after noticing appointments had opened back up on her website. No answer. Tried through text and whatsapp to the number she text me on, not the one on the website which doesn't seem to be right. I came online to look at reviews and have noticed quite a few people have now said the same thing. I was very understanding about the hospital appointment but now I'm feeling pretty sceptical as a few people seem to have had appointments cancelled last minute for various reasons. I'm now having to raise a dispute to get my deposit back. Feeling really upset as I felt so lucky to have found this place 20 minutes from my house. I'm not sure what has happened?
