Picture the scene if you will, a 50+ menopausal female at 4pm with 220 miles still to travel, only 90 miles of fuel left in the tank, a full bladder and empty tummy! So I stopped at J37 Filling Station in the hope of resolving all 3 issues. On first glance it was nothing out of the ordinary, almost dull, however - the fuel was a good price, the toilets were clean, and the staff were second to none, so friendly and helpful, (albeit the lovely lady refreshing the sandwich supplies was the devil in disguise pointing out the cheesecake which I managed to resist - but only just) The bap from Butterfields bakery was incredible! Thank you for being unassumingly wonderful, the 220 mile trip home was a breeze after stopping here - highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusted at the manager of this site, asked for help as my car hadn’t registered the fuel I had put into my car, I did drive down the street and gave it time to alter, I have never experienced this with my car before so I panicked, ultimately thinking maybe there was a issue with the pump, I asked for help to which I was greeted by the so called manager who was nothing but rude, and ignorant at my concerns raised, he went to the pump and basically said if it comes out I’m trying to con them, which the pump did let fuel out which he just sprayed all over the floor aggressively. He wasn’t understanding or considerate to my worries, basically told me I was stupid and to go away. Upset I went to my car and sat almost in tears at his rude response, I turned my car over 3 times and on the third time it’s registered the fuel, I went back inside and apologised to which he called me a idiot, making me look stupid in front of the people in there, I will never step foot in the place again, and I will be taking this higher as you do not speak to customers that way. Horrible man, who clearly have very little customer service skills.

I went to this service station today.with my wife and my youngest son.for some supplies.the customer service skills.from the staff leave a lot to be desired.all of them need to retrain.regarding the customer service skills.and one of the staff was smoking on the petrol forecourt.i can quite clearly say I won't be going there again.

Old station but still offer good fuel prices, they should do more to expand it and add more services to be better

Probably one of the cheapest fuel stations I've found on my travels. It's really good for Car and HGVs. The staff are really nice, helpful and friendly! The shop has a range of things to get if you're looking for a quick snack as well.
