If you are stuck, I would highly recommend Mary Monson solicitors. I've found them to be more use I used this guy in the past - interesting to see how he's branched out on his own. After reading a newspaper article I carried out a search on the internet and then placed a comment based on the search. The following day I was arrested and remanded. I was further questioned about sikipedia (the jokes website) and other trivial sites. It was brought up that I had looked at sikipedia and carried out the search. I explained to Stuart that I had carried out a search and then placed a comment that started with "just googled" however Mr Sutton didn't take the time to find the article and produce it at court. As a consequence I was remanded. I attempted to contact Mr sutton on a number of occasions and explained that he needs to find the article. He didn't over a month later after talking my father through it, my father found the article and forwarded it to stuart, after which the case was dropped. I was bailed in July after more than a month in prison. Bearing in mind I was in prison and was given no papers It would have been nice to have known I needed to sign on. As a consequence I was arrested for breach of the offender register. I was also arrested for having a camera. Mr Sutton had a copy of my SHPO, which said nothing about not being able to have a camera. Only that I had to register it, the charge was then changed to failure to register. FORTUNATELY I was able to point out that the device had no storage... Since my release I submitted a Subject access request for Probation records, prison records and Police interview recordings 1 - the phone I was breached for I found that the police knew about it. I had a complaint upheld by the information commissioner. In addition to that I found a recorded police interview where they stated they knew about my phone AND CAMERA. 2 - The probation notes and police statement said that an offender manager visited my in prison. Prison visit records showed no such visit 2 - I found emails that contradicted advice and the camera 3 - I had complaint upheld regarding failure to notify. In short, I had to wait until I was released to do all the legwork and complaints myself. I had zero support from Stuart during my ELEVEN MONTHS on remand. He visited me twice, wouldn't answer my phone calls. When I did ask him to access / request access to emails I had sent the police. When I informed him I had emailed the police he never bothered to request a copy of emails, previous interviews As it happens, even though I placed a formal complaint against my offender manager, this was not upheld due to the passage of time.

Not at all happy with the experience or representation received from Stuart, I found him to be extremely rude, patronising & arrogant, out of touch and over priced, very money orientated, he wasn’t interested in my case or well being, or the impact the allegations have had on my life, his whole attitude from first point of contact was have you got the means to pay! After explaining my situation & the allegations, he said it will go to trial which will cost from x amount depending on how many days, even though there was very little evidence, he seemed to revel in the fact a potential trial was pending, meaning more money for him, I believe he should of approached the CPS seeking NFA, I didn’t feel comfortable or confident with stuart, who was out to prolong my case to extorte as much money as possible out of me!! AVOID AVOID AVOID, uncaring unsympathetic zero compassion, after paying the initial deposit required & very little work achieved with delayed updates, I parted ways due to poor service & advice, lack of compassion & work achieved, I feel let down & out of pocket financially! Unfortunately Stuart fell below the expected standards causing me unnecessary stress, trauma & anxiety he failed in his duty of care! Think twice about using him! Definitely would not recommend this firm

I cannot express my gratitude towards Stuart Sarah and Chris enough. After 4.5years of living with these allegations, and an 8 day trial it was over… NOT GUILTY. Stuart from the very first phone call made me feel at ease, I had 100% confidence in all there legal skills, and I was not wrong. Every question, thought or panic email, was swiftly, and kindly answered, I was kept upto speed on every part of my case, by Stuart and Sarah. I really do owe these guys my life. Chris, a man inow call a friend. watching him work would have been a pleasure under different circumstances! … I was even grateful for the kick up the bottom I needed on occasion!!
