I couldn't have been happier with the alterations made to my wedding dress by Rachel. I had shopped around for someone to make the alterations but after reading the reviews I felt confident to put it into the hands of Once Upon a Dress. My enquiry was responded to within a very short space of time and an appointment made. Rachel talked me through the options and put me at ease that the alterations could be done within my timescales. A second appointment was made and prices for the alterations agreed, so no unexpected costs. The changes made, (boned/taking in) made all the difference and it fitted perfectly. It was such a relief and I was so happy with the finish. It made all the difference to how I felt on the day. Rachel was lovely and very genuine. She was patient and suportive, everything you need when you are putting the most important dress of your life into someone elses hands. Thank you Rachel.

The ladies at Once Upon A Dress were so friendly and welcoming. I had my dress sitting in my wardrobe for over a year due to Covid postponements, but once I tried it on again in their studio they were so helpful in making sure that it fit me perfectly. They are diligent in their work, and knew exactly what to do to make the bodice of my dress sit properly. They even helped me to find a perfect veil to compliment my dress. A wonderful team doing excellent work, they made me feel excited about wedding planning and my dress again after a long time! Thank you ladies! x

The ladies at once upon a dress could not have been more friendly or welcoming, and did an amazing job altering my dress for my wedding day. They clearly had a wealth of experience and were able to advise what alterations I needed to make the dress perfect. My only slight criticism is that I was told some work had been finished and when checked it was only half done so I would say it's worth checking the work has been done fully, but given the quality of the work overall I'd like to hope this was a genuine oversight rather than anything else.

I needed my bridesmaid dress taking up pretty quickly, I called and they were lovely on the phone and advised they could do a while you wait appointment which was perfect. The shop as it were is lovely and the staff were all lovely. Robbie looked after me and she was so friendly and professional and easy to chat too. Not sure how it compares in price to other places but it is worth the money. The environment is very relaxing which is just what you need if you are a bridesmaid/bride to be. 10/10
