All the staff are friendly. The vet was kind and caring to my dogs to put them at ease. She was knowledgeable and explained things well. More than happy with the service and the prices are reasonable too.
Can't rate this place enough. Excellent service from a vets that actually cares for your pet instead of just trying to make as much money as they can from you. Been to various different vets over the years and none even come close to End Cottage Vets. We're not local to the area and we travel over 30 minutes from our home due to the outstanding service we receive, not just from the actual vet but from all the staff 5* +

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET FIND ANOTHER VET! I was told after tests that my cat had gone blind without reason and there was nothing systemically wrong with her. After referring to a specialist eye vet I was told that my cat had cancer. The specialist requested to view the scans. I was told 5 times that the scans were on there way but they never arrived. When i pushed them on the matter i was finally advised that the scan images had not been saved due to human error. I subsequently made a formal complaint which has been handled very badly. These people do not care about animals only money and protecting their liability. Shame on them. BE AWARE that they are part of a wider group (Wigstan Group) There are other vets in the area. Please use them
Excellent staff. Nice and clean. Appointments quite prompt and the vets explained everything so easily.
