Aquarius Of Howden

Having done major refurbishment of our house over 6 months this has been the best experience we have had. Excellent customer service throughout, left immaculate after finishing the job. Beautiful quality finish and products and our fitters were lovely, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Aquarius of Howden, we are absolutely thrilled with our bathroom and so confident it will last many, many years

As our shower room was in need of a complete renovation we looked for ideas and a suitable company to do the work. Following a visit to Aquarius showroom at Howden we were so impressed with the level of service and quality of the furniture and fittings we requested Darren to come to our home to draw up plans and he gave lots of advice and ideas. We decided to go for a full refit, stripping the room completely back to bare bones, everything new. When the work started in June this year the weather was stiflingly hot, but this did not deter Dene, Billy, Alex and Reese from getting on with the hard work. It was great to see the shower room progress over three weeks from a stripped out shell to a beautiful shower room, which is everything we asked for. (See photos attached). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aquarius for their customer service, dedicated staff and friendly attitude and their exceptional work. We are now looking forward to them returning to our property to carry out an update on our bathroom in the near future.

Aquarius of Howden were highly recommended to me by a few people. Mainly because they do an excellent job that stands the test of time. From the get-go I found them to be friendly, expert and professional. The planning stage was enjoyable and my needs were all met even when there were necessary compromises due to space available. They did both the family bathroom and en-suite back-to-back and it did take a bit longer than planned however the pursuit of a perfect finish, and the challenges of a very old property were the reasons. There was always the same core team of two bathroom fitters working within my home and they were focused and just got on with it - what more can you ask for! We are delighted with the bathrooms. They have already made a huge difference to our lives. It literally brightens my day when I look at them. I would highly recommend Aquarius for an outstanding job.

Very positive experience. The advice we sought, in the showroom and from the fitters, was relevant and professional. Once the work started, the fitters kept us informed and answered any questions with clear knowledge and confidence. The fitters had an excellent work ethic, were personable and worked cleanly and tidily.

Delivered everything that was quoted for, Darren and Dene remained close to the project throughout. Josh and Lucas were very respectful and tidy and created an amazing bathroom, thankyou so much Steve and Diane
