They are not serious at all. I contacted them by email but received no response. After going to their address, they greeted me outside and asked me to come back another day. Eventually, they replied to my email and scheduled an appointment for a program that was supposed to start on June 7 and end on July 12. I showed up for the appointment as planned, but incredibly, I was greeted outside the door and informed that there were no classes and that I should come back the following week!
