Little Angels Nursery & Out of School Club

My son attended this nursery for almost a year and I had to take him out due to problems with the management… The first months were good up until there was a change in management around summer time. After that, it went downhill. Incorrect invoices, really poor communication were the biggest problems. I had the manager calling me sometimes every day like a debt collector to request to make payments that either had been paid already or was only due the next month. At some point, I had to do my own calculations and ask to provide me with written evidence of correct invoices. However, my emails/messages were rarely responded to. I requested to speak directly to the head office or anyone above this nursery’s managers for a number of times, but I was never allowed to (wonder why…). I thought the problem was only with me, up until some parents overheard me telling the staff that my son was leaving and they told me it also happened to them. Which is a shame, especially because I think if the head office knew what was really happening, action could be taken and I would never have to remove my son from this place. As a mum, I knew that my son liked the staff and, to me, that was the worst part. Because most of the women working there always did their best with my son. I could feel it through him and that was the hardest part for me. However, the situation with the managers had escalated and it was taking a major toll in my mental health. Since I couldn’t see any improvement and because I couldn’t contact anyone beyond them to solve this matter or have another insight into it, I decided that it was best to remove my son from this nursery.

My daughters starting very soon at this nursery and I can not wait! Chloe showed me, my partner and my daughter round, she was very welcoming. Chloe answered all my questions and made me feel secure at the nursery. My daughter was so comfortable she went and joined in with the other children. They are clearly accommodating to children with additional needs, the sensory equipment they have goes to show how caring they are. I am very excited for my daughters new journey here

Wonderful group of staff. I always feel welcome and the feedback I receive every day is comprehensive and gives me a great deal of confidence. My little boy cannot wait to tell me what he has been up to. His favorite member of staff is clearly a tour-de-force of energy and ideas. The meals are nutritious, healthy and fun. The staff sit and eat with the children which seems like a great time to just chat and develop those all important social skills. My little boy now wants to serve his own food at home. He even wants to take his plate to the kitchen. Is he really mine or an imposter! They really are amazing and he is so happy and confident. What else can I say, a great place. I never worry and if the slightest thing happens I get a discreet phone call at work to let me know in advance. Highly recommended! Laura..

I would absolutely recommend this Nursery! It’s so hard finding the right Nursery to leave your child in but as soon as we walked around I knew this was the right Nursery. As a mum who was extremely nervous and anxious about leaving my son (as most are) they did everything they could to put me at ease. My son started in September of last year when he was 10 months and loved it straight away. Half of the time I don’t actually think he wants to come home. He has such a special bond with all of the staff but most of all Aisha! They have all been so accommodating to mine and my son’s needs.

My daughter had been attending since she was very small. Thanks to the team my daughters Special Educational Needs were identified and they work so hard with her. She has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the amazing workers. She feels safe and happy to be there every time she walks through the door.
