Fizzy Lizard Play Gym

Nice place for babies and todlers in Huddersfield centre. Facility is good. Staffs are always friendly and warm-hearted welcome. Cafe is good, I love luxury hot chocolate here. I always order drinks because my young baby get free to come 😝 Just one thing needed to improve is the hygiene is not cleaned well enough. Just make sure you wipe and clean toys usually.

First ever time I took my son here, prices are decent. To my own stupidity I bashed my face at the play area on a bar coming up on the second floor. I bust & bruised me nose blood came out of my nose. NOT A SINGLE staff member offered first aid! Thankful for the nice gentleman who offered me a tissue

Took my little one here on Monday and it we both had a lovely time! Lots of fun bits to explore and great exercise for the adults 😂 Outdoor area was lovely and clean. Very accommodating to dietary needs too! Staff were, warm and welcoming. Indoors had a distinctive smell - not sure whether it was because it had rained and and so you could smell soggy clothes? Also the balls in the ball pit were a bit sticky which was a little off putting. Overall I’d come again. £2.85 was a bargain price and with so much to do my little one was well entertained. Thank you!

I enjoy this play gym, its extremely reasonable and I appreciate that i don't have to pay for my 2 month old baby to attend (as some play gyms do charge for babys even though he doesn't go in yet of course). My daughter loves it and its nice they also have an outdoor area. My only problem, and I find this is a common theme across play gyms, certainly not just Fizzy Lizards, is the food. Why must it always be absolutely full of junk food?! Why can I not buy a piece of fruit or a healthy snack bar???? It infuriates me that I have to take my kids to these places and see the only options are chocolate bars, crisps, sweets, gingerbread men etc etc. Its not good enough, we dont need to encourage our children to eat like this all the time.

Took my 3 year old during the school holidays. Nice place. Clean. Friendly. Decent size. Could use a few more healthy options in the kids cafe and maybe a few more toys outside.
