Great place for kids. The staff there are so friendly especially Lil who helped me during my visit at I had 4 kids including 2 toddlers. She was kind to the kids, talking and interacting with them. She was very helpful keeping an eye on them when one toddler would run off, would have been a difficult play time without her. Thanks Lil!

It was a wonderful place with lots to do. Very clean. I visited for a child’s party. The one thing that concerned me with the place was that the front door was often left open with no staff manning it. I was concerned that a child could wander out of the inflatables and go out of the front door onto the road! I ended up manning the door as children were running about next to the open door and I didn’t want to lose any of our party. It’s such a shame because the place itself is amazing. I do believe this is a huge safeguarding issue and needs consideration. I’m not doing this as a criticism but I wouldn’t want a child to wander outside and any unwanted visitors wander in from outside. I think the door should be locked and anyone entering should be checked by staff.

I’ve been coming here regularly for 5 years now. I’ve brought many kids here aged 5-12 & they’ve all enjoyed it and burnt off lots of calories and energy. I’ve found the staff here always really good and helpful. Some have been here for 4 years like Mya are excellent as is Zara. The new manager is a real stand up guy too. Kids are well supervised and it’s well maintained and safe. The pricing is in line with other options and drinks and snacks are more reasonable than some places. I enjoy the coffee. Parking is easy and the place has a good atmosphere. It’s also not overly busy most of the time so the kids get a good run about.

Brilliant place for kids parties or days out. We spent 2 hours there and the kids burnt alot of energy. They 2 cafes one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs was closed when we went, due to not being as busy. They have a great choice of drinks and food and the multiple slush machines worked a treat for kids warm and flustered. The bounce area was massive (see pictures and video) and adults can go on too. I will be 100% going again and having a go myself. Price we reasonable. Definitely would recommend 👌 👍

Got invited along by family, although I didn't go on the apparatus as am disabled but my 2 sons and grandchildren loved every minute. Snacks are available at reasonable prices and there are toilets up and downstairs. Upstairs is best for views albeit it took me a while to get up as no lift. But loved being able to see them all having fun.
