attended yesterday although the waiting area was well heated inside court room 2 it was freezing staff said they had brought this to the attention of the management nothing had been done even the Magistrate apologised need to get it sorted
Have been waiting for 49 minutes now to speak to someone. I started at position 15 and now I am position 3... good job my employer is understanding!!! Dreadful
Huddersfield court allowed west yorkshire police to use evidence against me they had not presented which was cut chopped and edited. The law does not apply here, they let everything happen however the police allow it. They allowed the police to lie on stand openly to the court also. If you end up here you will soon realize no matter what it is you are screwed. Guilty until proven innocent. Well of course the law doesnt apply to the police. Of course the rules dont apply to the police. Then on top of that the police removed the assault off the video and it was not once questioned. Vile underhanding people. I WILL NOT EVER COMPLY WITH ANY LAW AGAIN AS THE POLICE DO NOT HAVE TO AND NEITHER DO THE COURTS.
Tried contacting them on the phone over a speeding ticket, which they didn't send the court order for it in the first place for £811, only to be constantly be greeted with "Phone lines are busy, call later". I paid the fine in full, since their tone in the Final notice letter suggested they might arrest me or double it, if not paid within 10 days. What a shambolic institution.
Other than the vile smell of Hog and the horrid disgusting faces you see around throughout your adventure here it's the best one in Huddersfield by far... Or is this the only one in Huddersfield... I like Huddersfield. God save our gracious Queen, Long live our noble Queen,
