Good pub with a great atmosphere. Drinks are good and well priced. Only trouble is there is a few unsavoury characters in here, thankfully my partner can handle himself so we are ok, but there is illegal drug use out in the open (people sniffing). I will be recording this on my phone when I am next in and showing the police if it's not sorted.
My Bulter and servant took me here and had a great time. The welcome considering I'm a cat was very welcoming and the chairs were very comfortable. Thank you, i will be back! Bruce xxx
It is an amazing service and polite people, really all staff are nice with my friends and me, I will tell all my friends to go there and enjoy with hear bar ❤️😍😍
We've not been here for awhile but it's the only place that had music playing in the day.So it was a nice surprise,staff where lovely,cheap drinks and some right characters to have a laugh with.
Came here on Friday 14th travelled almost an hour from outside of Huddersfield as advertised “lovers rock” reggae nite .. walked in and WOW never seen anything like it in my life 😮 most people were tripping the 2 toilets in the tiniest of space was full of people who don’t know how to wait their turn and seem to like to intimidate unfamiliar faces and when they do come out clear to see they’ve been taking drugs the toilet was full of beer cups / bottles SHIT up the toilet no toilet roll and not a lovers rock song to be heard didn’t even stay for a drink it was shocking I’ve visited many reggae bars before and seen some stuff but this place is on another level tenfold don’t know how the hell it stays open what a dangerous dump.
