Can't rate the food as we only had drinks however the service wasn't great. Ordered a hot chocolate and a chai latte to be grunted at and it seemed like we were the issue for asking politely for a drink? Our drinks were awful, mine was boiling water with a splash of colour, couldn't taste any chocolate. And my friends chai was so bitty she couldn't even drink it. Every mouthful looked like it had sesame seeds in it?!?!
The food can be hit and miss, the services is amazing. Lovely lovely people who work there. The prices are a bit silly tbh. The cafe is lovey it’s clean it’s really nice place to dine. I’ve been to this cafe a few times i just go when I have money to spend
Very quiet, when I popped in. My latte was horrible no froth just a flat coffee lukewarm, the staff don’t chat to you seem more bothered about chatting to each other, not even a thankyou or bye , not good customer service . Won’t be returning don’t deserve the custom , I have been before and it was just the same not good
Lovely coffee shop, friendly and fast service and the food was great (forgot to get the pic before we started eating)
Decided to have a coffee here whilst partner when for eye test, the coffee was ok, when they came back we decided to have lunch there, order panini and jacket potato with drinks, the jacket potato arrived 5 minutes before the panini arrived. The staff mustn't be bothered with presentation or receiving bad reviews because why would you serve meals on plate with numerous chips on the edge, then noticed that the teapot also had a chip, maybe its time someone inspected the place for hygiene, hopefully you will have a working toilet by then. For our sins we tried again and we have vowed never again and would not recommend, this time staff we busy chatting with someone who I presume works there since their children were going behind counter, again ordered 2 items for lunch my partners came he waited then I said just start eating mine won't be long, he was half way through his when he went to counter to ask where my food was, guess what they had forgotten about it, so it finally arrived thrown on plate no apology or anything. The staff are a complete and utter disgrace if you don't like the job don't take it out on the customers
