Ok so let’s be clear, the food from Boo. is tasty and the ingredients are of decent quality (though this has definitely gone downhill since they opened). However, prices are on the expensive side and the biggest let down of all - food is always cold when I get it. Whether I order through Uber Eats or I collect it, I’ve never received an order that was nice and warm. It’s always cold. Really disappointing.

Burger had no meat, it was just fried in bread crumbs. Chips were so thin with no potatoes or chips taste to it. They tasted like they made of processed potatoe powder. Milkshake was made of strawberry powder and too milky. I would not recommend as I paid £15 for whole meal and it wasn’t even worth for £7.

the best resturant in huddersfield for dine in takeaway🩷 The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly freshand the most favourite thing is chick loaded fries and wraps 😎The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The restaurant's decor is modern and chic, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a day night😌The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Definitely worth every penny☺️

Boo-yah or Boo-hoo? (Updated Sep 2024) The price without the promotion is...high... There are numerous competitors offering FANTASTIC burger deals at great prices but Boo seems to have set themselves a very high premium for what is a... 3-4* burger. The burger itself is nice, tasty, enjoyable. But lacking a kick, and a bite that you foodgasm for, I felt the beef wasn't seasoned much, there was onion, but beef was pretty average. We liked the burgers they are fresh, they are of a good standard, but perhaps missing a bit of flavouring with the mince mix. To be clear; the burgers are in the UPPER tier of Huddersfield burgers 100% but just not up there with the leaders especially at the premium cost without deals. The loaded fries, the chicken in this was actually very good, I would give that 4-5* that made me want to try one of their buttermilk burgers with the cut up breast being that nice in the fries. The wings - leaves much to be desired . There's no difference. Between these wings or any wings you could get anywhere. There's nothing really unique about them, they're just mass produced wings. I'd like to see a unique coating to them, or largeer wings from better quality supplier if they want to stand out in the chicken burger/wing department, otherwise waste of money wouldnt buy again. Update September 2024 Oh dear Boo is a boohoo Recently we had ordered the chicken burger for takeaway, my God it was beyond bad. It was no different to the cheapest £3 chicken burgers you'd find at the low end market in Huddersfield, what a disaster especially considering I had believed Boo was a chicken Burger game changer, Boy was I WRONG! To make matters worse, it's eating microwaved burgers. I am beyond any doubt that today I had a microwaved burger for the "Lunch Deal" £5 with, add on, add on, add on. Your plain £5 deal is a microwaved soppy burger with some 30p pound land acidic poor excuse for ketchup. How it is microwaved? Because buns don't go mushy and soggy when prepared properly. I have now concluded to never eat at Boo again. The quality is abysmal It has dropped off the edge of a cliff since opening, perhaps a market push with decent quality for 6 months, then once their customer base was built they axed all quality of any decent product. The restaurant partner offering extra seating also has a dropped stepp past the wiper blades from the collection point with no warning or notice sign. Welcome to your first public liability lawsuit claim. I gave it time to improve since my last review but sadly they went even further downhill. Would not recommend to anyone considering the various far superior places for the same price if not cheaper deals. Don't be a mug! Stand up for good quality food. Food : 2/5 Service: polite staff 3/5 Atmosphere: 2/5

Good quality food but the overall customer experience is what lets it down. 1. You can't place an order by telephone. 2. The place itself is a little booth attached to a partner restaurant. Seems unprofessional that they haven't bothered to properly invest in their own dining space. 3. The touchscreen to order never works. It's been over 6 months. 4. There are never any staff at the counter to take your order. 5. Pricey compared to the competition. 6. Although tasty, the product is not always piping hot (even when you collect yourself) Good quality but the overall operation needs an overhaul.
