I ordered a mixed kebab naan, which I very much enjoyed. For £4.95, the value for money is excellent. The food was served quickly and did not disappoint. The staff member was extremely friendly and considerate, even asking whether we would like the air conditioning adjusted to make us more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would happily return.
Don't buy their too good to go. I paid £4.25 and they only gave me 3cups of tea and they said the food runout. I claimed money back but they waist my time and fuel.
I stopped by this chai spot recently and was really impressed! The chai was perfectly brewed — rich, aromatic. You can really taste the blend of spices, and it’s clear they use quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and took the time to make sure everything was just right. Definitely one of the best chai experiences I’ve had — I’ll be coming back for sure!
If you find my review useful and decide to visit, please inform them that "American accent" referred you. They are unaware that I am writing a review, but after more than one hundred visits to this location, I believe they may recognize me. ChaiiWala is a delightful establishment that provides a tranquil ambiance for unwinding with a beverage and a light snack. I have never encountered a single individual expressing dissatisfaction with their experience at ChaiiWala. I highly recommend the Pink Chi with nuts, as their unique preparation of this beverage is truly exceptional. Occasionally, I feel a sense of guilt upon departing, as my children's insatiable appetite for their delectable cookies, which they proclaim to be "the best cookies in the world," often leaves the front counter devoid of these treats. While I am uncertain whether these cookies are produced on-site, their consistent freshness and exquisite taste are undeniable. The staff is always prompt in providing assistance with any inquiries or additional requests. If there is any confusion regarding an item on the menu, they are more than willing to provide a detailed breakdown of the ingredients used in its preparation. A bell is available for customers to use in case the staff is occupied in the kitchen area, although it is rarely necessary as they are usually quick to attend to customers upon their arrival. The staff consistently demonstrates a positive and cheerful demeanour, contributing to an overall pleasant experience for customers. Recently, the establishment has introduced a new product line called "Dr. Slush." These slushies are competitively priced compared to the local market. Customers can choose from a variety of flavors and even mix them to create their own unique combinations. To ensure quality, the machines are tested daily, sometimes multiple times a day. The establishment offers complimentary parking outside, shared with the neighboring pharmacy. Please disregard any warning signs regarding parking tickets, as they are intended for individuals who park in these spaces to access the town and not to patronize the businesses for which the spots are designated. While the parking area is compact, it is manageable if everyone exercises common sense and consideration. Additionally, street parking is available in the vicinity, with both free and paid options. It is important to note that parking in the designated area is free and does not require any tickets. As a precautionary measure, it is advisable to lock your vehicle and keep valuables out of sight, regardless of the duration of your stay. The establishment is also accessible to individuals with disabilities. A ramp is conveniently located adjacent to the stairs for those utilizing wheelchairs, walkers, or other assistive devices. While the ramp appears to be primarily intended for the pharmacy, it is interconnected at the top, allowing seamless access to both locations.
I was extremely disappointed by the service here. I wouldn’t even give it a star. The lady came from the back when I rang the bell, wiping her face from what she was consuming. She came stood staring at my face. No greeting, No asking what I would like. I found this really confusing as this is a customer facing job. I asked for karak coffee and the lady asked me to have chai instead. I refused and that was it. The lady left without asking me anything further. I was shocked. The service from this lady was appalling. Upon walking out I advised the other customer to leave as the customer service was really disgusting. The staff were clearly more concerned about feeding themselves in the back than paying attention to what’s happening at the front. Was the most disappointing experience. Chaiwala Huddersfield your staff need to do so much better! They probably make their own food nicer than the customers.
