Been going to Chickanos for a few years now. Always order big as take the kids and never had any problems other than possible toilets out of order. Food is lovely chicken great seasonings tasty and the bread always lovely and soft. Yesterday I had the new loaded fries too and I thought it was a, meal it was that big. Absolutely spot on. Decent lads behind counter too.
I went there the other day and the staff are super nice and friendly, the cleanliness of the area was not an issue. I ordered the buffalo ranch meal the BBQ buffalo ranch burger was really juicy and had many flavours, and the chips were super crispy and nice. However the Korean burger meal was good but not as good as the Buffalo ranch burger, the Korean burger lacked some flavours and the chips were not good for that price as I was expecting the chips to feature more like premium, the food size overall for both meals were small for that price.
Chicken was undercooked and pink and chips were dry and gooey chicken we phone to sort out the issue and he turned around and said it can’t be so when I said send me your number he hung up the phone and didn’t send me it I’ve tried ringing and he won’t answer very poor customer service my friend probably has food poisoning
The food is very good quality is i recommended this place but one thing im not happy don't have any deals very price not value money also
Don't go anymore as the last few times I went I experienced: a 45min wait for food. 2 other occasions there was no grilled food only fried! Whenever you order half a chicken to eat in, it comes in a bag! How about a plate? Has gone down hill infortunately and no suprise every single time you drive past it's empty.
