23/8/25 Chicken Pakora were greasy, oil stain on trousers. Mixed kebab nice as was the keema pilau. Chicken karahi onions were undercooked. The chicken chaat was actually a chicken puri. Jannat - Indian Restaurant & Takeaway replied "Apologies Dean for disappointing you this time but we do believe that this is an unfair review and pretty harsh to say the least. Chicken pakoras are literally DEEP fried so next time please get chicken tikka as these are grilled. Chicken chaat literally comes with a puri (as mentioned in the description)? Onions undercooked is just not true but thank you so MUCH for your review!" I may have high standards as I have had better from other places so I am comparing to the best I have had. Chicken pakoras are deep fried but you can drain the excess oil so when a customer receives them they don't get oil on their trousers and I don't like tikka as it has food colouring in it, also the onion bhajis were not oily and they are deep fried too. Yes your description of chicken chaat is what I got so fair enough, however when I think of a chaat I expect chickpeas, tamarind and salad all mixed together like I want a samosa chaat but with chicken instead. I would suggest you rename it to chicken puri. The onions were undercooked as I ordered chicken karahi and I expect the onions to be the base of the sauce of the dish and not been seen unless you order something like a dopiaza. Please see photos of the onions. Final point I'd like to make is that the delivery driver use my private driveway to do a three point turn, when there is a perfectly good turning circle in the cul-de-sac to do such a thing. No respect for people's property nowadays. 28/8/25 Spoke to one of the new owners before ordering and he seemed very nice and had good service, so thought I'd try again. Delivery took almost an hour. Chicken biryani had bits in it, like cinnamon which when you bite feels like a bone which I don't like, so I would leave them whole and the chicken was dry. All curry dishes were nice as were the mixed kebab & keema pilau, though I did ask for no green chillies in the curries and all 3 had green chillies, so my 2 year daughter couldn't eat any of them, she eats whatever we eat as long as there is no chilli in it. Thank you for the chicken pokaras there were less oily this time. King kebab is expensive for £10.50 for a small skeeh kebab, 4 small pieces of dry chicken, a tiny portion of donner meat and chips. I know another local place that sells better quality and bigger portion donner meat, chips, salad and sauce for £5.50 and could get chicken tikka and skeeh kebabs for around £5 so for the same price I can feed my family better quality or eat this kebab myself. I would like you to succeed, a little tip would be when send food out, to make it look presentable and worthwhile. If you look at the image of the king kebab you sent, do you think wow that looks nice or where's the rest of it for £10.50 and we're in Huddersfield not Bradford. 19/9/25 Ordered food on JustEat for delivery and order got cancelled because no delivery drivers. Then ordered food on JustEat for collection and order got cancelled, whilst driving to the restaurant, because they're unable to make it. I called the restaurant to ask if there are open and they said yes. I got to the restaurant no one was at the reception and it said cash only, the whole reason I was ordering online was because I didn't want to pay cash, so I went elsewhere.

Came here on a Sunday whilst they were doing the 4 course deal for £15.95 and we couldn’t have been more impressed! Delicious curries, attentive staff and big portions, definitely worth a visit!

Wow, 4 of us and a baby came yesterday (Christmas day) for our lunch and we were all in agreement that this was the best Indian food we had ever eaten. We were made to feel very welcome by every member of staff, loved Santa 🧑🏾‍🎄, . The food was amazing, will definitely be back next year. Thanks again, the Brook & Valentine family

Hi Just to answer your reply to my review Not all the lads enjoyed there curry and I wasn't the only 1 unimpressed yes you tried to provide an alternative eventually but my night and taste buds were ruined and I've actually eaten at your restaurant quite a few times and only ever had one fairly decent main as starters were not that good. Hopefully you will then get someone who listens to the order as another lad ordered the same but with another sauce and didn't get it either. Sorry you really need to do better as there's places far better

Wow! Visited tonight and must say we are really impressed. The starters were delicious and the service was absolutely great. The person who served us was so kind and friendly, I want to go back just to have a nice chat again😆 Highly recommend!
