The food is very delicious, I always buy my noodles from here. One of the best in huddersfield. However, there is no option for card payment, which is inconvenient. The store itself also doesn't have a great atmosphere, as it could have improved lighting and dining areas e.g the tables and seating.
I really have no idea how this place has a 4+ rating. I got the Pad Thai box with the drink... I think it was something like 8 pound something... The positives: The food was fresh and warm, they make it on the spot and you can see them making it. The boxes are a good size. I got the regular and there was plenty of food. The negatives:... Where do I start.... The food has absolutely no flavour... This tasted nothing like Pad Thai noodles... It even has a bland colouring. There were like 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and almost no vegetables... All the vegetables were at the top so once that's gone you're left with bland soggy noodles... I don't even know why they're soggy since there's virtually no sauce in there. I ate about a quarter of it and then it literally tasted like soggy watery rice noodles... I had to go to the kitchen and put on some soy sauce and mexican hot sauce to give it some hint of flavour.... Maybe they just don't know how to make that particular dish and maybe their other dishes are better... Or it could be that they cater too much to the western palate.... I'll give it another try at some point and edit my review if it improves. Also, they don't take cards... Only cash.
I usually get the same thing which is a sweet box from there and they always fill it to the top. I got a large box and spent 8 pound and this time it was nowhere near the top. Also there was 0 meat in the box minimal chicken, no beef and no pork. When I went back and asked I had to drive all the way from home after being obviously disappointed but I go there a lot and it was a first time thing so I went there being very nice And
