What a lovely place! From the welcoming and attentive staff, to the ambience of the restaurant and of course the delicious food! For starters we had the king prawns in a chimichurri sauce and the blackpudding bon bons. For mains we had the seabass and the chicken schnitzel. To finish we had the toffee sundae and the cheese board. Good portions, all cooked perfectly and all were delicious. The chimichurri sauce had a lovely kick of heat. A pint each and 2 bottles of wine. A very reasonable £130 for what we had! We will definitely be back and can't wait to dine Al fresco in summer (although we'll be back before then) :-)
A hidden gem! We had a boxing day meal at The Scullery. The menu had a great variety of options, and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—perfect for a date night or a catch-up with friends. Special shoutout to the service team who were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for quality food and great service, look no further. I will definitely be back
Love this place so much! Everything about it is great; the welcome & staff, the decor and the food which is all delicious and well made. Prices are very reasonable for the quality too, totally recommend a visit and am looking forward to my next one already thank you :)
High end food, lovely place and great staff sum this place up. It may be situated in an odd place with limited parking (there is pay and display a few minutes walk at £2-£3 for four hours so no big deal) We have visited a few times and my mum has been over double figures here with friends and family. First time I have been here, going for a Sunday lunch/dinner. Really nice three course meal ( I had the roast pork). Very nice and pleasant inside and very nice staff too. I think I will be eating here again at some point 👍
