I really enjoyed the cheesy burger which was definitely one of the better ones I had. Fries are alright and sitting does the job. The entire floor itself feels more like what you would expect from a restaurant floor in larger shopping centres. I liked how they gave the little devices which tell you once your food is ready.

Extremely disappointing experience. I have poor eyesight and politely asked a staff member for help understanding the menu. Instead of assisting, she responded with unnecessary rudeness and a dismissive attitude. It was uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcome. Staff in hospitality should be approachable and patient—especially when customers need a bit of extra help. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others looking for friendly service.
