So my son decided he wanted salt and pepper wings and chips and I ordered special curry and chips. When we opened the food the salt and pepper chips were soggy and cold and my chips was half of a packet and cold. I rang up to give feedback as I dont really like complaining, I run my own food place so I know how hectic it can be, however, why dont some of you takeaways start listening instead if talking so much. I tried to speak and she just kept going on she said, " most families have a microwave, stop making it a big deal and just warm it up". If I wanted microwave chips, I have chips in my freezer I would just bang them in the microwave. I tried to speak just to say we order all the time and im just giving some feedback as both chips are cold but she just kept talking over me, I just hung up on her. The special curry was very nice but no chips to go with it. Do better Wans, at least listen when customers are trying to speak
Great food friendly staff and not too pricey Had chicken curry, boiled rice and salt and pepper spare rubs and all were well cooked and decent portion size....plenty of succulent chicken in the curry Not been here in over 30 years was good then and is good now although not sure if it's the same people
OMG absolutely amazing there is not a Chinese take away in or around Huddersfield to touch this one the food is amazing and so are the staff, the restaurant staff and delivery staff are really friendly and easy to talk to they defiantly know how to treat customers right here I absolutely love this place
Wan's do a great chicken fried rice. The best in Huddersfield and highly recommended.
Best Chinese food I have ever tasted, Wans have been here for about 45 years and still as good as ever. Lovely people, lovely food, dont believe the poor review, obviously they dont know what good food is. Wans will make food to your liking I ask for spicy beef curry and they add extra chillies for me, always service with a smile and they deliver. They are the best.
