You Want Beef? Huddersfield

Went this evening for the first time after seeing it on socials, and we wasn't disappointed. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, food arrived on time, and was on point. We ordered the spicy nashville burger, and the big bull burger, spicy tenders, curly fries, Oreo and Biscoff Flurries, and the Red Berry mocktail. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Well done guys.

I went here on a Monday for a late lunch, a couple of months ago, and ordered the beefed up fries (beef loaded fries). The price for this was decent (£6) and the food was fulfilling. The dish had fries at the bottom and then minced beef, topped a cheese and a spicy sauce, with some spring onions sprinkled on top. The meal was tasty, with every bite being juicy and saucy. Although, the sauce was spicier than I thought, and my mouth was feeling tingly for a bit afterwards. This item would be good if you like a kick to your food and a tingle in your mouth😅 I would also prefer there to be more veggies in the dish, example, onions in the beef, but that’s just my preference. They offer student discount so always show them your uni card when ordering to get that discount. When I went, the shop was quiet with not many people inside. The service I experienced was adequate, helpful and speedy.

You want beef? Yes! You want quality? Eeh... Maybe Brand new and opened today 27th June, a massive buzz surrounding the shop with an appealing 50% off selected menu! But how was the food? The beef burger (Bare Beef).... Was pretty good!! St Pierre brioche bun as standard for any above average burger, good crinkle cut thick gherkin, the three tiers of 6oz bare beef, it was an enjoyable burger, but not too memorable...it doesn't have much distinct flavouring or taste. There are no complaints, but it does feel average in the market, it's what you'd expect as a minimum standard of smash burger. Id rate it a decent 3.7/5 Chicken burgers? (Mother clucker / Spicy Nashville) Hmm, I'd pass on those to be honest, They are very standard coated chicken breast patty, barely average type you'd find in most cheap places for £4.50 served on a white bap and with chips and a drink, there was nothing stand out about this, especially compared to other chicken burgers in Huddersfield for full price of £6.99 that burger feels like you've been robbed when looking at others at the same price as a much higher standard. You can get excellence at £8 for a chicken burger, at 50% off today the £3.50 is what it's worth. 2.3/5 The loaded fries are okay, the fries in general are pretty on par with most decent places, they are not miserable fries and have a nice soft crunch, the loaded ones do just have a cut up patty or cut up cheap chicken patty thrown in with some drizzle, again for £5.99 standard price, there's other options around far more superior and competitive, at 50% off I'd take it but otherwise spend it elsewhere. Loaded 3.5/5, fries 4/5 The atmosphere is great, the restaurant has a rustic industrial vibe ceiling with high end modern class to it, decor wise it's a nice place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I'd give the place a solid 3.2/5* some aspects are higher, the burger is enjoyable, but for the full price? Check out the competition around, £8.50 can get you some absolute banging burgers as seen on my other reviews. For all the food ordered it came to £29 with a 50% discount, meaning £58 full price. £58 spent in other places will blow your mind, here the table felt kinda meh considering we'd have paid £58 on Sunday for this. I tried a beef classic for the first time, and to be honest, I am eating it daily now. Because I didn't eat this type of burger in my life. The way they make it is something different. When you take a bite, it melts in your mouth. It's wow! And the lady in customer service is so nice and polite.

Great food, freshly prepared, the staff were really friendly. We got some wings, loaded fries and a beef burger, all were well cooked and nicely flavoured, would come again
