Dallas Chicken & Pizza - Huddersfield

My experience at Dallas Chicken & Pizza Huddersfield was incredibly disappointing. Around winter time, I bought chicken and fries combo with drink, I waited a long time for my order. Then, they forgot to put the gravy that I bought for £0.99 (not free gravy), so I need to go back ang collect it. No apologies given from them. The shop ventilation is not good, you will smell chicken from head to foot even though you did not eat there. I gave them another chance this summer but I am disappointed still. The service was unfair, with a frustratingly long waiting time. We ordered first, but 2 customers came after us + 1 Just eat delivery, they had their orders straight away like just within 1-2minutes waiting time. The staff gave false reassurances about how soon my order would be ready, which only made the wait worse. Despite the extended delay, there was not a single apology offered, showing a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Overall, the experience left a sour taste, and I would rate it 0 star if I can but google review won’t let me (not 1 star). I definitely wouldn’t recommend or return to this place. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I ordered the peri peri wings and waited 15 min for this, I don’t mind about waiting times but look what I got is raw and bloody wings.

Hi guys as you all know I love my food & I was in Huddersfield thought I would give these guys a try as they do fast food. Unfortunately no food in the hot plate was told waiting time was 20 minutes then to top it very rude. Could not speak the kings English. Was very disappointed as I was in a rush I left. After reading all the negative reviews I think I will not give this place a try. Very poor standards if this is a franchise then they need to kick them up the up the back side. Hi thank you for the quick response but I was walk in customer & not a phone customer. Your staff are always busy on the phones on an evening & there was nothing on the hit plate at all. If you walk around town & look at the other fast food establishments you will see the busy one’s all ways have food in the hot plate. I have read your reviews & unfortunately you have not done anything to fix the problem. Your place needs new management Nate & better quality food as per your reviews. Review updated thank you.

The food bangs every single time I visit😋. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a valued customer every time. A special mention to Naznin, whose sweet and cheerful service truly stands out, she always greets customers with a smile and makes the visit extra pleasant. Definitely one of the best fast-food spots around! 10/10 spot, would 100% recommend. That Staff needs a raise😉.

We had burgers and chicken wings on Christmas Day, and we absolutely loved the food! Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked — a great treat for a festive day. Highly recommended
