I had the Best Chciken Kebab Here. I can’t tell you how much I love this place . I have been here a few times already and would definitely be going back. The service is so Lovely .
First of all food was an 1hr30 late and I recieved no appology for the lateness. I ordered a beef burger and chicken kebab. I recieved a chicken burger and the chicken kebab was pink and under cooked. Called them to inform that my order was incorrect and they said we are aware that the chicken is discoloured as multiple people have complained about this and were adamaent I ordered a chicken burger. NO APOLOGY. They were rude and asked me what I want. I said I want my money back and they said I have to speak to the manager who's "not here!" And ring back the next day! I rang back and same again and still no apology. Absolute waste of time! I would AVOID 100%.
Ordered online, order was approved for collection , drove half an hour out of my way to pick it up and the shop was closed ! Even tho it says they shut at 11 and I was there for ten too , so actually earlier than what my order collection time was. Waste of journey
Ordered 2 burgers & mine was a very tasty burger until I noticed it was still raw. Super disappointed..
