I ordered the Philly cheesesteak along with the garlic parmesan wings, and both were absolutely delicious. The cheesesteak was warm, flavorful, and well-seasoned, with tender meat and just the right amount of melted cheese. The garlic parmesan wings were equally impressive—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a rich, buttery garlic parmesan sauce that wasn’t overpowering. Everything arrived fresh and hot, making the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a satisfying and comforting meal that I would definitely order again.
Food wasn’t too bad actually but they forgot one of our smash burgers and once we called them up they said we would have to drive there to get it sorted. UBER ALSO WOULD NOT OFFER A REFUND, PATHETIC
I’ve had repeated issues with Jibs Hot Chicken. Last time, they forgot one burger from my order, and this time they forgot two portions of chips. Mistakes can happen, but the real problem was the customer service when I tried to resolve it — it wasn’t helpful, and the issue wasn’t handled properly. Disappointing experience overall, and it makes it difficult to trust ordering from them again.
