Food was shocking, burger came with 2 bottom buns. Nashville chicken platter was dry and not tasty. Chips were undercooked and soggy. Dusty Nashville burger was dry and not juicy it was really bland. Spent 30quid, worst money I’ve ever spent. The said they had put 3 sauces in the bag but here wasn’t. Just one a little bit of normal honey on a pot. What a joke. Food was poorly presented. Avoid.
The food arrived cold, and the chicken tasted as though it had been boiled. The burger was completely burnt and entirely flavourless. I would not recommend this place at all — based on the quality and presentation, I believe its hygiene standards would likely rate below zero stars. When I called to complain about my order, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me I would have to speak to the owner and then abruptly hung up.
I ordered chicken burger with chips and chicken tender and I must say it was delicious. The chips were very nice and crunchy and the chicken tender was cooked perfectly and on top of that the burger was top quality.
Ordered a Smash combo box and got the garlic smash. Overall it was okay but a few negatives. The tenders were very fresh and crispy but too heavy on the seasoning. The patties need to be seasoned more with salt as it was quite bland. The food came quite quickly which I was impressed with but I don't feel as if I got fresh chips as they were barely warm. I may reorder and try something else... if it's any better I will adjust my review. I got it as a BOGOF offer. I wouldn't pay full price for it.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. I normally go to Manchester for burgers, but honestly, this spot is better than most I’ve had there. Inshallah, the business continues to grow and thrive.
